About this role:

The Senior Internal Logistics Manager designs and leads material flow, warehousing and internal logistics for a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient line-side replenishment and an optimized logistics footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs and leads the internal-logistics, warehousing and material-flow strategy.

  • Ensures timely line-side replenishment to production.

  • Optimizes warehouse layouts, picking routes and material-handling systems.

  • Leads and develops the logistics and warehouse teams.

  • Owns inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs.

  • Drives Lean logistics initiatives (kanban, milk-run, pull systems, water-spider).

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 8+ years of internal-logistics/warehousing experience, including 3+ years leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience designing material flow, warehouse layouts and line-side replenishment.

  • Strong command of WMS/ERP systems and Lean logistics (kanban, milk-run, pull systems, water-spider).

  • Demonstrated ability to own inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs.

  • Experience with material-handling and logistics-automation concepts (AGVs, AS/RS) preferred.

  • APICS or Lean certification preferred.

  • Experience designing warehouses in high-growth environments.

  • APICS / Lean certification.

  • Knowledge of logistics automation (AGVs, AS/RS).

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
