What We're Looking For:

The Logistics Analyst Advisor assumes a pivotal role as a seasoned professional within our organization, leveraging extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations, policies, and global best practices. This role focuses on enhancing logistics strategies and processes within an assigned region(s) with awareness and consideration of Zebra's global operations, while providing indirect cross functional leadership and project management expertise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global logistics practices, regulations, and industry standards
  • Lead and manage complex logistics projects with a cross-functional approach, collaborating withteams across the organization to drive operational improvements.
  • Act as a mentor and leader within the Logistics Analyst team, providing guidance, insights, andexpertise to elevate their performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective logisticssolutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Consult on transportation law, compliance, and policy matters, ensuring adherence to globalregulations and security standards.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost reductions, andenhanced customer service.
  • Foster relationships with regional transportation carriers and partners to optimize logisticsoperations and build strategic partnerships.
  • Support cross-border transactions and intricate logistics arrangements, ensuring seamlessoperations and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative logistics practices todrive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, orrelated field. Masters Degree preferred.
  • Minimum Work Experience: 7 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, transportation management,or supply chain operations

Pay Range:

$96,800.00 - $145,200.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
