We are searching for an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to join our team! This position primarily assists the Operations Managers and takes on a lead role in assuring the effective and efficient routing and scheduling for PWS Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • This positions generally needs to be available between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F, some Saturday morning rotating schedules as well (usually done by noon on Saturday)
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of routes using computer software
  • Analyze and make recommendations on improving route performances
  • Enter accurate and timely dispatches and updates
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction on routes while maintaining service quality
  • Accurately complete required forms, documents, reports, records, etc.
  • Assist in directing drivers to perform pick-ups and deliveries in an efficient and effective manner
  • Attend regular training and educational programs related to dispatching and routing software
  • Assist with various yearly projects in Operations

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with routing and logistics software
  • Ability to change or create routes in all divisions to improve efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Encore, electronic calendars, etc
  • Ability to effectively provide leadership supervision in the dispatch office
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Willing to undergo a drug screening in accordance with local law/regulations
  • Possess OR the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (Class B)
