In this role, you will document, assess, and recommend improvements for current-state Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) workflows in an enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation to improve time-to-provisioning, reduce approval overhead, and streamline user experience. You will work across developers on the SailPoint team and customer stakeholders to understand current state and organize implementation of improvements.
Key responsibilities:
1. Document and assess current-state business processes by reviewing existing documentation and interviewing team members/customer stakeholders
2. Formulate improvement recommendations and organize their implementation with team leadership and personnel
Requirements:
• US Citizen (Dual Citizens accepted if they have an active clearance)
• Active Secret clearance required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience designing and supporting business processes with IT systems. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies tailored for IT/cybersecurity environments.
