Position Summary
We are looking for a Manufacturing Strategy Engineer with strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement across our high-volume semiconductor wafer fabrication operations. This Engineer will act as a bridge between demand-driving product owners, the Capacity Planning team, and shift-level execution. They will translate complex demand signals into dynamic run plans, uncover and resolve tool-capacity and cycle-time bottlenecks, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives that increase equipment utilization and reduce throughput variance. The engineer will schedule tool work, coordinate maintenance-day activities, manage spec activations, act as the shift's voice, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation, cost saving, and improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • 3-5+ years in semiconductor fabs, automated manufacturing, or factory operation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Data analysis, Microsoft Office, and Project management.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Production control, Capacity planning.

The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
