Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Workplace Strategist to join the firm as part of our Workplace Interiors Market Sector. This position is open to our Dallas office location. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
The position allows opportunities to work with clients in the early stages of projects, seeking to understand the unique culture and work styles of each organization, with the goal of providing creative and strategic design solutions. As a member of the workplace strategy team, candidate may collaborate with the interior design team to create comprehensive user focused workplace strategies. Candidate may also engage in change management services with the client as they go through their workplace transformation.
  • The ideal candidate must exhibit a passion for creativity and a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment.
  • Facilitate various client engagements, such as interactive workshops and visioning sessions, with both executives and employees.
  • Be a resource in the firm for knowledge of current trends and shifts in the world of work, as well as be a leader in creative and strategic thinking for complex project processes and space solutions.
  • Show a passion for researching workplace performance and space utilization statistics with the ability to apply this information to projects and client-specific goals.
  • Work closely with studio members across the firm in various office locations.
  • Some travel will be required for this position.

Qualifications
  • This role is an in-office position
  • Bachelor's degree is required in interior design or related field of study
  • up to 5 years experience as a designer along with experience or interest in data gathering, data synthesizing, and research experience
  • Excellent time management, with proven success at building relationships and being comfortable working on multiple projects at once
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are imperative
  • Experience and/or certifications in change management is not required, but is preferred
  • Candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, open, collaborative, and creative environment

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role. This position supports all Corgan offices. Some travel may be required.
