We specialize in Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) that provide advanced capabilities to serve the defense industry. Our RMS Training, Logistics and Simulations (TLS) are designed to meet the unique needs of our customers, offering unparalleled performance, reliability, and versatility. We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire system lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance. With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are committed to delivering RMS solutions that exceed expectations and set new standards for performance and reliability.
THE WORK
- Facilitate Weekly Business Rhythms with Production Operations Team to ensure we are meeting program commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to meet the program plan with the other organizations (Engineering & Technology, Quality/, Sourcing, Sustainment, etc.) supporting the program.
- Act as the single POC/Lead for the Operations/Manufacturing activities on the program; represent theMSPOOperations/Manufacturing functional organization; responsible for the development and integration of all Operations/Manufacturing efforts within the program.
- Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) responsible for the overall technical, cost, schedule, and quality commitments and performance for the Production Operations scope within the program.
- Serve as Production Operations point of contact during the Business Capture Phase by preparing production operations touch, support, NRE, freight/crating proposals for new business opportunities and facilitating capital requirements during proposal activity.
- Managing Production Operations Risk & Opportunities within the Program's ROADs database.

We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the TLS factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action, and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.
