About this role:
At Carrier, Operations is the combined functions of Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S and Manufacturing. We buy, build and continuously improve the creation of products and services that keep our customers coming back. Carrier Operations is a powerful link between the design and marketing of our products and their ultimate delivery to the customer. That's a big challenge; we do it every day in every corner of the world, with increasing quality, pride and passion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Our Carrier Operations Leadership Program (OLP) will put you in the midst of a transformation that is sweeping across Operations. 
  • You will engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives using your diverse skills and competencies to meet extraordinary business and career challenges. 
  • Our commitment to our OLP Associates is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and enhance your learning.
  • This three-year program offers three 12-month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee and/or Florida.
  • Associates will be required to change geographic locations between each rotation.

You will build a well-rounded platform on which to develop and exciting career in operations:
  • Work at CARRIER's dynamic global business units: Climate Solutions Transport, Climate Solutions Americas – Commercial, & Climate Solutions Americas - Residential
  • Lead the continued deployment of our continuous improvement operating system across our factories by obtaining your Carrier Excellence Certificate
  • Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives
  • Learn the core concepts of manufacturing by applying cutting edge technology and lean principles
  • Develop a cross-business, cross-functional network that will expand as your career grows
  • Receive mentoring & guidance from CARRIER Operations Leaders
  • Work with current OLP Associates on engagement teams to continuously improve the quality of the program

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements at the date of hire (June 2026):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business with 2+ years & maximum of 3 years of experience within the following fields: manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction OR Master’s Degree Candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program with Expected Graduation: Fall 2025, Spring 2026 or Summer 2026
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
  • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
  • Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations
  • To be eligible for the program, you must be available to start in June 2026
  • Ability to physically perform demanding tasks, including regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling
  • Must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and more than 50 lbs occasionally
