Job Title: C-UAS Program Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Program Manager located in Tampa, FL with an Active TS/SCI clearance. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing a UAS program to ensure it meets financial, operational, and strategic goals for SOCOM. Responsibilities: * Provide cost, schedule and performance on a daily basis to support technical and programmatic mission. * Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks
* Lead a cross-functional team including UAS SMEs, COCOM Operators, Intelligence analysts program management office staff.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
* Integrate technology, resources, and mission capabilities for new opportunities within the program. Qualifications: Required: * Active TS/SCI clearance
* BS/BA Degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD related program management with the United States (U.S.) military and/or other Government agencies.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving significant revenue and profit targets.
* Knowledge and experience with SOCOM mission and/or C-UAS Capabilities.
* Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. Desired: * MA/MS in applicable degree field.
* 10+ years of experience conducting progressive technical and management for; design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state-of-the art communications network systems and subsystems.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
