What you'll be doing:
• You'll complete a wide variety of departmental tasks such as policy modifications, premium refunds, decline processing.
• You'll review policy terms and make requested adjustments in accordance with those terms.
• You'll multi-task to complete assigned tasks and assist with customer requests.
• You'll meet department production goals while completing tasks.
