In the role of Process Lead-Brewing, working in our Milwaukee, WI Brewery, you will drive performance and continuous improvement in a designated brewery area, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. This role applies Molson Coorsโ€™ WCSC principles and best practices to monitor systems like PPCCS, optimize processes, and improve reliability. 

Working closely with brewery leadership and cross-functional teams, the Process Lead develops team membersโ€™ technical and leadership skills, fostering accountability and sound decision-making. Responsibilities include mastering process control through data analysis, loss elimination, and asset optimization.โ€ฏ 

The role maintains data integrity, supports brew line performance, and executes plans such as DDS, WDS, and 90-day initiatives. Compliance with Molson Coors policies and quality systems (SQF, HACCP, GMP) is essential to uphold product safety and quality.โ€ฏ 

This position reports to Sr. Manager Operations and works closely with the Brewery and cross functional teams.   

What Youโ€™ll Be Brewing:โ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Manages operational and process control within the assigned area to ensure efficiency and consistency.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Oversees asset care and maintenance for all equipment in the area of responsibility.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives and leads problem-solving activities to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Supports team performance and career development, fostering a culture of engagement while monitoring operational productivity.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Leads and coordinates safety efforts, ensuring compliance with GMP and maintaining a safe work environment.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Ensures adherence to Molson Coors quality standards, including hygiene and analytical requirements.โ€ฏ 

Key Ingredients:โ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • You have aโ€ฏBachelorโ€™sโ€ฏdegreeโ€ฏin brewing, technology, biology, microbiology, food science, or related field and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.โ€ฏ 

  • Certificate in brewing science (Siebels or IBD) preferred.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Deep understanding of brewery operations and interdependencies across Brewing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance for product flow and scheduling.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Expertise in brewing processes, including raw material handling, fermentation, yeast management, filtration, and blending.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Understands and is able to apply the Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain principles.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, manage risks, and control costs; adept at using MCMS for data tracking and traceability.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Technical knowledge of SAP and maintenance systems, with troubleshooting skills and familiarity with RCM and CBM practices to maximize equipment reliability.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Leadership capability to manage diverse teams, set priorities, and adapt to changing production needs and equipment challenges.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Working knowledge of process control systems and mechanical/electrical components, including pumps, valves, drives, and data logging systems.โ€ฏ

At Molson Coors, weโ€™re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
