Position Overview:

As the General Manager of StudioRes Prattville, you will lead the opening of an exciting extended-stay hotel while building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong financial results. You'll be supported by an experienced pre-opening and regional team, backed by a company culture that empowers leaders to make a lasting impact.

 Lead the Opening and Operations

  • Successfully oversee the pre-opening and opening of StudioRes Prattville, ensuring a smooth launch and exceptional guest experience from day one.
  • Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments to maximize operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

Drive Financial Performance

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with regional operations and accounting teams to analyze monthly financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage hotel budgets, forecasting, labor costs, payroll, and expense controls.
  • Optimize revenue across all available channels to achieve and exceed financial goals.

Build and Develop a Winning Team

  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent through innovative and effective staffing strategies.
  • Create an engaging workplace culture that inspires associates to perform at their best.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

 Represent the Hotel and Brand

  • Champion the StudioRes and Peachtree Group brands while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 Operational Leadership

  • Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings with the regional revenue management team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for company, brand, and ownership requirements.
  • Oversee hotel accounting functions, including payroll administration and financial controls.
  • Utilize hotel management systems and reporting platforms to drive operational excellence.

 Qualifications

  • Current or previous Hotel Management experience preferred.
  • Extended Stay America, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, TownePlace Suites, Residence Inn, WoodSpring Suites, Candlewood Suites, My Place, Everhome Suites, StudioRes, or similar extended-stay brands.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profit and loss statements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively resolve guest and associate concerns while maintaining professionalism.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and hotel operating systems.
