BAAM Industrial Cleaning Service is seeking an experienced and dependable Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure quality service across multiple client locations. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage contracts, employees, scheduling, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams while maintaining high cleaning and customer service standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily janitorial operations for multiple client accounts
  • Supervise janitorial staff and field supervisors
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
  • Coordinate employee scheduling and shift coverage
  • Train employees on cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
