OPERATIONS MANAGER - Xenia, Ohio
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Oversight: Managing day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, cycle counting and shipping.
  • Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels across channels using advanced WMS for accuracy, reducing stockouts and excessive inventory carrying costs.
  • Partner Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, providing visibility into order status and inventory accuracy.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyzing KPIs to improve logistics processes and drive efficiency.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the facility meets all safety regulations and federal and state compliance standards.
