The Operations Manager is responsible for leading multiple commercial cleaning accounts by developing employees, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent service quality across assigned locations. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role focused on training teams, conducting inspections, solving operational issues, and proactively improving performance rather than simply reacting to problems.

  • Respond quickly to staffing issues, call-offs, and customer concerns
  • Identify root causes of recurring problems and implement lasting solutions
  • Complete operational reporting, scheduling, expense reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Jump in and help clean when necessary to support your team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of leadership or operations management experience
  • Experience leading hourly employees in a service-based environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
  • Company vehicle and phone
  • Medical insurance options
  • IRA with company match
  • Growth opportunity

  • Help build great teams while creating exceptional experiences for customers.
  • Enjoy the autonomy to solve problems, improve processes, and influence the culture.
  • Grow your career as the company continues to expand.
