Location: Xenia, OH

Job Description
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a newly established distribution facility in Xenia, Ohio. This role will oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, employee leadership, and facility performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and safety.
  • Manage a team of approximately 20 employees and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Coordinate transportation schedules, carrier relationships, and outbound distribution activities.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and operational efficiency through WMS systems and reporting.
  • Make critical operational decisions to ensure service levels, productivity, and customer commitments are met.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations management experience.
  • Experience leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day facility operations.
  • Strong background in transportation, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Experience with WMS platforms, barcode scanning technology, and warehouse systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent operational leadership experience will be considered.
