Job description

Experienced Field Operations Manager needed to join our growing team of professionals. This position is ideal for someone with strong field knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience managing high-end landscape construction projects from layout through completion. Understanding of industry pricing, preparing estimates, and proactively managing project change orders is a HUGE plus!

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in all facets of landscape and hardscape installation
  • Strong understanding of irrigation systems, layout, and hydraulics
  • Read and interpret plans, understand elevations, grading, and construction details
  • Be able to quickly resolve field issues in a professional manner
  • Estimating experience and/or bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple landscape crews
  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Scheduling material and equipment deliveries
  • Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, and field personnel
