Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, which means free weekends to do whatever you want!

As a Branch Office Manager, you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians.

Responsibilities

A day in the Life of a Branch Operations Manager

  • Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches
  • Manage 3-5 dispatchers
  • Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
  • Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
  • Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What is needed to be successful?

  • High School degree or equivalent (required)
  • College degree (preferred, but not required)
  • At least two to five years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
  • Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
