What You'll Do

Client Relationship & Strategic Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned portfolio of clients.

  • Lead regular client performance calls, clearly explaining complex cause-and-effect scenarios and performance metrics.

  • Partner closely with internal Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Workflow Optimization & Execution

  • Prioritize and manage your daily workload strategically, triaging incoming requests based on urgency and impact.

  • Identify recurring client trends and propose process or system improvements to elevate service standards.

  • Delegate and track resolution pathways with internal teams to ensure prompt, accurate support.

  • Oversee utility management and bill payment workflows to maintain high operational accuracy.

  • Analyze, identify, and fix data inconsistencies across the client service lifecycle.

  • Generate standard and custom portfolio reports using company software (collaborating with IT on complex custom requests).
