We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 12 commercial client accounts (including education, medical, manufacturing, and Class A spaces) in the Winston-Salem area. In this high-visibility, dynamic role, you'll serve as the primary leader managing operations, driving customer satisfaction, mentoring Operations Supervisors, and supporting a team of 35-40 dedicated employees.

  • Requirements: 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, proven customer relationship skills, strong computer literacy (scheduling, time tracking, ordering), and a valid driver's license

  • Team Development & Mentorship: Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees; conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback and training.
  • Administrative & Tech Operations: Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering across your accounts using modern software tools (Dayforce & Coupa).
  • Operations & Quality Control: Perform regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in service, operations, or customer-facing environments.
  • Prior experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager, account manager, or supervisory lead in janitorial or facility management is preferred (internal candidates and stepping-stone account managers welcome!).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building positive relationships with employees and clients.
  • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, payroll auditing, and inventory tracking.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel.
