Logistics & Warehouse Manager | $65K-$70K + Excellent Benefits | Manufacturing
I'm partnering with a growing international manufacturer to identify a Logistics & Warehouse Manager for a newly created leadership role designed to elevate logistics operations, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving operational challenges, and building structure within a manufacturing environment. You'll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations while partnering closely with production and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
  • Manage 2-3 direct reports in a working manager capacity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen operational processes
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and material flow across the facility
  • Support domestic and international logistics, including imports and exports
  • Utilize ERP systems to improve reporting, inventory visibility, and operational effectiveness
  • Partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • ERP experience required; SAP experience is a strong plus
  • Self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities and learn independently
  • Leadership experience with a hands-on, collaborative management style
  • No degree required
