Quality Oversight: Partner with the Quality department to maintain the high precision standards required for SpecMetrix optical interference technology.

Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, mitigate supply chain risks, and optimize inventory flow and working capital.

Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance site throughput.

Safety & Compliance: Foster a "safety-first" culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental standards.

Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of direct reports, tailoring leadership style to the experience level of individual contributors and staff.

Other duties as assigned.

Technical Savvy: Comfort managing the Operations of sophisticated hardware/software integrated products.

Leadership Flexibility: Proven ability to manage diverse functional areas (Logistics, Quality, Assembly) with a focus on coaching and accountability.

What We Offer

The opportunity to lead Operations for a high-growth brand (SpecMetrix) within the broader Industrial Physics portfolio.
