With new locations and opportunities opening regularly, this is a chance to join a company where you can grow your career and make a real impact.The RoleWe are hiring an Operations Manager at our Bellevue, Tennessee location, one of our busiest Wash N Roll sites. This is not a desk job โ€” itโ€™s a leadership role in the field. Youโ€™ll be managing people, solving problems, keeping equipment running, and making sure every customer leaves satisfied.What Youโ€™ll Do- Lead daily operations at a high-volume car wash
- Hire, supervise, train, and schedule staff for efficiency and service excellence
- Oversee equipment functionality and perform mechanical troubleshooting
- Drive sales, memberships, and customer satisfaction goals
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and overall performance
- Report metrics and results to upper managementWhat Weโ€™re Looking For- Car wash management experience preferred (but not required if youโ€™re a strong leader in another fast-paced industry)
