Seeking experienced Operations Manager for Plant in Lincoln, AL.
Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee facility maintenance and operational performance at a high-profile client site. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
The Operations Manager will lead maintenance teams, manage projects, oversee budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination related to facility operations.Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage daily facility maintenance and operational activities
  • Lead and develop skilled technicians across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance disciplines
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute operational and capital improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs, maintenance metrics, and financial performance
  • Prepare professional reports and presentations for senior leadership and client review
  • Manage labor planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and service delivery
