We specialize in cleaning services for all Commercial and industrial properties. Nature & Scope: The regional operations manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting all of the fleet washing and sanitization business operations on a day to day basis, including staff management, scheduling, product inventory, asset allocation and local compliance. The regional operations manager is also responsible for ensuring quality cleaning services of vehicles and sites in accordance with company and customer requirements. Additionally, the regional operations manager will continuously ensure that customer service remains the number one priority and work diligently to build strong relationships with customer contacts   Major Accountabilities: * Build and manage a regional team of dedicated specialists * Train, develop and motivate staff to ensure productivity and efficiency * Support and maintain the company culture of trust, unity, accountability, and excellence * Establish regional business plans, objectives and implementation strategies including process flows, organizational structure, budgeting, resource allocation and productivity-tracking and improvements * Manage the regional business unit budgets including forecasts and expenditure plans as well as overhead costs spend * Ensure staff are providing exemplary customer service to all customers at all times * Adjust and adapt operations to meet the customers schedule and business requirements * Manage all customer concerns and keep management promptly informed * Report all operational non-conformances to the Vice President, Operations * Prepare preventative action plans when required to address operational quality concerns * Ensure operational work orders are completed and accurate each day to support the back office billing department * Thoroughly and accurately complete all paperwork and systems CRM updates that support field operations and tracking * Manage inventory of supplies and establish a relationship with suppliers to assist the inventory management process and cost allocation * Ensure equipment including but not limited to the company trucks, pressure washers, temperature monitors are all in excellent working order at all times \ * Ensure fuel levels are consistently reviewed for each company asset to minimize downtime * Develop and modify processes as required to ensure effective, efficient, and safe operations * Promote a safety first mindset * Communicate with customers regarding their fleet and sites (via email, phone or in person) • Promote the Canadian Mobile Wash brand at all times. Be ready to speak to potential customers at any time * Effectively communicate with both external and internal contacts * Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers * Provide oversight and assistance to mobile wash specialist to ensure seamless operations, including but not limited to:             a. Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company                      standards and client requests             b. Operating pressure washers, vacuums, and other equipment to meet                          service expectations             c. Using cleaning, protectives, and other agents to maintain and enhance                      vehicle and site appearance             d. Preforming inspections and keeping a complete, accurate record of                            customer vehicle and site cleaning and conditions             e. Carry out mobile wash duties in accordance with all safety regulations * Join the Canadian Mobile Wash Leadership Team and participate in regular leadership meetings to discuss companywide subjects * Other duties as assigned by management Education & Experience: * Broad knowledge and training in the fields of business administration, sales, marketing, operations, or similar vocations * 2+ years of supervisor experience * Strong track record of success * Strong negotiating skills with customer-centric approach * Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget * Ability to travel and possess a valid class 3 driver’s license * Self-starter with a strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to rapid change * Well-organized, quick to respond and highly customer focused.
