Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight and functionality of the non-sales functions of their assigned location. This individual will work closely with the President of the company to develop and implement company goals.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead the non-sales functions of their assigned location (customer service, vending, warehouse, etc.)
  • Setup and maintain customer pricing
  • Reviews and approves pricing overrides
  • Monitors productivity of teams against company goals
  • Drives operational efficiencies for each team/function assigned
  • Oversees delivery vehicle and building maintenance/upkeep
  • Identifies opportunities for cost savings
  • Provides reports for management team based on performance of location
  • Mentor and develop associates
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer facing role as a manager/supervisor 
  • Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal are required
  • Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity and personal organization
  • Plans and organizes tasks & work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives while remaining calm & professional under pressure
  • Proficient use of a Windows computer
