The Opportunity
- Operational Leader: Oversee a thriving maintenance division supporting over $12-$13m per year, directly managing 5 Field Supervisors and approximately 40 maintenance crews.
- Quality Driver: Own overall field quality, production efficiency, and consistency across all maintenance accounts.
- Team Builder: Coach and develop Field Supervisors, building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Manage the landscape maintenance production division, supervise and develop Field Supervisors, and conduct regular field visits to uphold operational standards.
- Own Field Quality: Ensure crews consistently meet quality standards, proactively address property deficiencies, and collaborate with Account Managers to meet client expectations.
- Develop Your Team: Coach Field Supervisors on leadership and accountability, oversee performance reviews, and participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary decisions.

- Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
