Your responsibilities include: Supervise daily production operations and ensure performance targets are achieved. Lead, coach and develop production employees. Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures and health & safety requirements. Participate in investigations, problem solving and corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Plan staffing and production priorities based on operational needs. Monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Promote a collaborative, accountable and high-performing work environment.
