Position Overview Section

SierTeK is seeking a qualified Business Operations Specialist to support Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). The selected candidate will provide administrative, operational, and organizational support to government leadership and technical organizations. Supports workflow management, reporting, records maintenance, meeting coordination, and business operations activities supporting research and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business operations, administrative functions, program support, or organizational management activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Secret clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Air Force organizations.
  • Experience with SharePoint, workflow management systems, or records management programs.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or action officer functions.
  • Familiarity with AFRL or research and development environments.
