The Business Operations Manager at the Healthy Community Center (HCC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and supporting our mission to improve health for all in Central Columbus. This position serves as a strategic operational leader, managing comprehensive financial operations, day-to-day facility operations, overseeing administrative and financial processes, and supporting HCC community programming. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and mission-driven individual with strong financial acumen who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, community-focused environment while maintaining quality standards, ensuring fiscal accountability, and fostering strong partnerships.

Minimum required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
