Job description

Description:Chick-fil-A is much more than a restaurant. One-on-one coaching with the business owner, real responsibility in leading a multi-million dollar business, and a track record of business leadership results will set you on a new career trajectory. After this season of learning and leading at Chick-fil-A, our aim is to launch you into an exciting career with Chick-fil-A or an external company of your dreams.

Role:Serve as Director leading performance and strategy over one of the key business departments:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 60+
  • Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
  • Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week
  • Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
  • Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
  • Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
  • Develop future leaders

Qualifications:

  • Experience in team leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
