Job description

At America's Got Soccer we provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities. We're seeking a Head Soccer Coach (U4–U12) to lead coaching operations, player development, and coach mentorship across all early-stage and foundational programs. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who’s as passionate about developing coaches and programs as they are about delivering high-energy sessions on the field.

You’ll be the driving force behind our U4–U12 programming — responsible for coach training and management, player development, and session execution. You’ll lead a team of part-time and seasonal coaches, collaborate with management to launch new initiatives, and ensure our programs remain engaging, fun, and impactful.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching youth ages 3–12. Passionate about working with and engaging young children
  • Leadership experience managing, mentoring, and/or supervising coaches
  • Proven experience and results in the youth sports domain
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends. Reliable and professional
  • A fun, energetic presence and love of working with young children
