  • Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently:
  • Manage production, schedules, and daily operations
  • Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
  • Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
  • Enforce safety practices and work site standards
  • Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
  • Pitch in when needed - welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred)
  • Good with communication and coordinating crews
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member
  • Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions
