Job description

PCM Services is a commercial contractor in Beltsville, MD, which performs work across the DC/Baltimore metro areas and is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Operations Executive to join our Sales team.

Overview

The Sales Operations Executive is a hybrid role, spending approximately 40–60% of time in our Beltsville, MD office and 40 60% working remotely. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with sales leadership, keeping deals moving forward, and serving as a reliable point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle. 


While there is some outreach to new prospects, this role is primarily focused on following up on active opportunities, supporting deal execution, and maintaining strong relationships with current customers. 


Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Support Account Executives by managing follow-ups on active opportunities, proposals, and pending deals. 
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure consistent communication and timely responses. 
  • Track opportunity progress, customer interactions, and next steps using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Costar. 
  • Work closely with Account Executives to identify customer needs, address concerns, and support closing activities. 
  • Follow up with existing customers to nurture relationships, identify additional needs, and encourage repeat business. 
  • Coordinate internally with operations, estimating, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on scope, pricing, and timelines. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and ensure opportunities are updated and organized in the CRM. 
  • Conduct limited outbound outreach (phone and email) to targeted prospects, referrals, and warm leads as needed. 
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.
