Summary
The Senior Manager, Corporate Services oversees workplace operations, executive support functions, office services, corporate travel, events, vendor management, and administrative operations.
This role serves as the primary owner of the employee and visitor workplace experience while ensuring the organization's corporate offices operate efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented leader who excels at building relationships, improving processes, developing teams, and creating exceptional workplace experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Executive Assistant, reception, and administrative support functions.
  • Oversee workplace operations for the 10900 and 10700 World Trade Boulevard corporate facilities.
  • Manage office planning, workplace optimization, conference room operations, and employee relocations.
  • Coordinate workplace readiness for new hires, transfers, and internal moves.
  • Lead travel management, executive meetings, leadership offsites, town halls, and company events.
  • Manage mailroom, shipping, courier, office supply, and workplace support services.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers.
  • Develop and manage budgets while ensuring responsible use of company resources.
  • Monitor service levels, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Drive workplace experience improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Facilities, and Executive Leadership to support business objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate Services team.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in workplace operations, executive support, office administration, corporate services, facilities coordination, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing employees, vendors, and service teams.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams required.
  • Experience managing office operations, workplace services, corporate events, and vendor relationships strongly preferred.
