General Manager
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a premier fine-dining restaurant known for exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and impeccable service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in upscale dining, fine dining, premium casual, steakhouse, or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-volume restaurants while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, wine, and guest engagement.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, labor management, food-and-beverage cost controls, and profit optimization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with restaurant management systems, reservation platforms, and POS technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
