The Role
As a Slots Attendant, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining slot machines and ensuring the gaming floor runs smoothly and safely. You’ll be a key part of the guest experience, responding to their needs and upholding regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide change to customers and process jackpot payouts
  • Perform light maintenance on slot machines (e.g., bill/ticket jams, refilling machines)
  • Clean and maintain slot area
  • Report machine malfunctions and suspicious activity
  • Provide excellent guest service with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Follow all AGLC rules and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Education / Experience:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Gaming experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise environment

Licensing Requirements:

  • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid AGLC license
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, stretching, walking, lifting, and stair climbing required
