Job description

What You'll Get to Do

As our OpEx Manager, you will be the driving force behind continuous improvement across our operations building a culture where efficiency, quality, and innovation are woven into everyday work. Leveraging Lean (TPS), Six Sigma, and cutting-edge process methodologies, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes that matter to our customers, our people, and our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing OpEx team building the competencies, accountability, and collaborative mindset needed to sustain long-term improvement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and systematically reducing waste at every level of the organization.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects that are directly aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, WPO sessions, and a full range of Lean tools bringing the right approach to every challenge.
  • Use existing process data to forecast improvement outcomes and communicate progress clearly during monthly OpEx reviews.
  • Partner with plant management and OpEx support staff to keep everyone aligned on initiatives, priorities, and wins.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs in Lean, Six Sigma, and CI principles making expertise accessible across the organization.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and integrate them into our internal processes to keep OBE at the forefront.
  • Maintain a strong and visible shop-floor presence leading by example and staying connected to the work.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives that delivered measurable results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills you can engage audiences from the shop floor to the boardroom.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and process mapping software.
