Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this role will support both the Data Management and Order Management teams by maintaining accurate business records, coordinating operational processes, supporting customers and suppliers, and ensuring information is managed efficiently throughout its lifecycle.

AsBusiness Operations Coordinatoryou will be responsible for these activities:

  • Process and maintain business records, including customer orders, engineering documentation, datasets, and other operational information.
  • Support ERP and PLM system administration by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate data and records.
  • Coordinate and track Engineering Change Orders, Temporary Deviation Notices, and customer orders through completion.
  • Monitor workflows and business processes to ensure activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, documentation, deliveries, and process updates.
  • Prepare and distribute datasets, reports, documentation packages, and other business records to internal and external customers.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data management procedures.

Must Have:

  • High school diploma required. Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience using ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using PLM systems such as Windchill.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, manufacturing, supply chain, data management, or order processing.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering change management, or logistics processes.
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
