Boeing's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking an experiencedOperational Excellence Manager to join the Projects, Assets, Construction & Engineering (PACE) Operational Excellence team.

The Operational Excellence Manager will lead four growing functions within the Operational Excellence team. The ideal candidate is a strategic, multidisciplinary leader with a proven ability to align analytics, communications, program management, Lean transformation, and technology enablement to support enterprise objectives and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of key PACE organizational initiatives

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of capabilities focused on delivering cross-functional, enterprise-wide solutions

  • Build analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making

  • Drive enterprise communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

  • Advance Lean thinking and help shape the enterprise Lean vision

  • Oversee technology improvement efforts, including AI tools, new technology onboarding, and digital ecosystem enhancements

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, peers, the PACE leadership team and direct reports

  • Coach, mentor and motivate employees to develop skills, advance careers, and sustain high performance

  • Translate strategy into measurable, achievable outcomes in a complex and ambiguous environment

  • Lead team goals and priorities, providing direction and oversight

  • Domestic travel up to 10%

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required tocomplete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment willremove you from consideration.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"

  • Experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

  • Experience in operations, facilities management, maintenance, manufacturing, construction projects and/or project management

  • Experience with business requirements and analysis on teams and projects that involve building automation systems, facilities management and/or Real Estate COEs

  • Up to 10% domestic travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience as a manager and/or leader in a Data Science, Analytics, and Reporting role or equivalent in large and global organization(s)

  • Experience in developing and delivering key PACE initiatives with accurate, timely and clear communication

  • Experience working independently and managing assigned tasks with minimal supervision

  • Experience with applying strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and process work

  • Experience with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines independently
