As an Offshore Chef Manager, you’ll encounter challenges such as managing food inventory with limited resupply opportunities, adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards in a remote environment, and catering to diverse dietary requirements of crew members. Preparing for the role involves developing strong organizational skills, flexibility in menu planning, and the ability to lead a multicultural kitchen team under pressure.
