Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support employee data management, reporting, documentation, HR systems administration, and talent programs for a growing organization. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to maintain HR systems, coordinate projects, prepare reports, document meetings, and support workforce initiatives across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, HR Administration, HRIS Administration, Talent Operations, or People Operations who enjoys working within systems, managing data, supporting projects, and collaborating with leadership teams.
Position Details
  • Type: Temporary (4+ months)
  • Compensation: $28-$30 per hour
  • Location: Brentwood, TN.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records within HR systems
  • Generate reports and assist with data management and reporting activities
  • Attend meetings with HR and business leaders and document key discussions
  • Prepare meeting summaries, recaps, and supporting documentation
  • Track action items and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion
  • Support talent review and performance management processes across multiple locations
  • Capture development plans, talent review outcomes, and employee development activities
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support ongoing workforce initiatives
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and HR systems administration
  • Help ensure HR and talent management processes are completed accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, HR Administration, HRIS, People Operations, or related HR support functions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience managing confidential employee information
  • Strong written communication, documentation, and note-taking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interacting with leaders and stakeholders at all levels
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
