This is a full-time position open for immediate hire. As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, we will provide you with training to handle your responsibilities well! The majority of your responsibility will be to answer questions from customers with fantastic and cordial professionalism. We’re looking for team members with a positive perspective to interact with as we complete the goals for the day! Written and verbal communication skills are highly prized, and will help you succeed in coordinating with team members on various tasks and corresponding to customers by email and phone. If you have an ambition to grow and develop yourself at a rewarding place and also foster a wonderful work place for your fellow team members, then we’re a right fit for each other!

Description of some of your daily responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers by email and over the phone to answer their questions and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Help customers with making their purchase and answering any product questions they may have
  • Assist in fulfilling and shipping orders to customers
  • Helping with general office tasks and errands
  • Publish product listings to our e-commerce website
  • Work well both individually after instruction has been given and in team environments to complete projects well and on-time
  • Assist with organizing inventory and related tasks
  • Research online for new electronics gadgets. Your inquisitiveness will enable you to explore the big world of electronic devices, from phones, gaming devices, and exploring what new gadgets are coming to market soon!
  • Assist with product marketing tasks, email newsletters, PPC ads, writing product descriptions, and more

COMPENSATION

  • $34,000 to $39,000 annual salary, depending on experience
