Job description

Flatrock is looking for an Operations Associate to join our Human Resources Team! This is a full-time position located in our corporate office in Flint!
What You'll Do
  • Assist the Human Resources Team with internal audits of care homes
  • Maintain employee and resident rosters
  • Update records for new placements, transfers, and terminations
  • Notify management when performance evaluations are due
  • Track upcoming CPI, CPR, Recipient Rights trainings, and TB tests
  • Complete required licensing paperwork for residents (initial and annual)
  • Support resident move-in and move-out processes
  • Conduct annual training sessions for care homes
  • Maintain employee files and resident FIN/SharePoint records
  • Assist with documentation requests for external audits
  • Complete ICHAT, National Registry, and State Registry checks annually
  • Perform monthly OIG/SAM background checks
  • Perform monthly MVR/ELD checks
  • Assist with orientation activities and front desk support as needed
  • Take on additional duties assigned by management
