About Kasco

Kasco Construction is a 100% employee-owned General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in healthcare and institutional projects throughout Michigan.

We've been in business since 1989 and have grown steadily by doing what we say we're going to do. We work in active hospitals, occupied facilities, and other challenging environments where quality, professionalism, and accountability matter.

The Opportunity

We're looking for people who can think, solve problems, take ownership, and get things done.

This is a full-time, in-person role based primarily in Royal Oak, with opportunities in Ann Arbor, Lansing, and West Michigan. You'll work in our Operations team helping execute construction projects from planning through completion. Depending on your experience and abilities, there are opportunities at multiple levels within the organization.

This isn't a job where you'll sit back and wait for instructions. We need people who can identify issues, develop solutions, communicate effectively, and follow through.
