Pay:

How Your Role Fits In

As an Operations Coordinator at our WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center, you play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. This clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees.

The Operations Coordinator carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.  Other responsibilities include answering phones and other clerical duties as directed by the Manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Load Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and movement of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees through email, phone, and/or in person
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading
  • Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, while maintaining quality control
