CAB Signs is a growing wholesale sign manufacturing company that produces ADA signs, engraving, printing, and custom signage for sign companies across the country.

We are looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to support our team and grow with the company over time.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn business operations, customer communication, project coordination, and manufacturing workflow in a hands-on environment.

You do not need to know our industry already we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Enter quotes and orders into our management system
  • Help update and organize job information
  • Follow up on open jobs and customer requests
  • Assist with customer communication by phone and email
  • Help review paperwork and job details for accuracy
  • Support the office team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Learn how production and operations work inside a growing manufacturing company
