Champion Pizza is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operation Manager to oversee multiple pizza store locations across Manhattan.

This position requires strong leadership, restaurant operations experience, and the ability to manage daily store performance, staffing, scheduling, and overall operational standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and audit multiple store locations
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules
  • Ensure operational standards are followed in all branches
  • Control food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards
  • Work closely with store managers and staff
  • Handle staffing issues and operational problem-solving
  • Monitor labor cost and operational efficiency
  • Support hiring and training processes
  • Ensure stores are fully prepared for busy shifts and weekends
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant operations management experience
