  • Acts as a steady, professional presence when handling customer complaints in the Outlet or disputes on the warehouse floor.

  • Regularly tracking "cost-per-touch" and "tons-per-load" to ensure the team is operating within the financial targets set by the Manager.

  • The ability to navigate ERP and BI tools to pull raw data and translate it into a clear summary of the day’s successes and challenges.

  • The ability to jump in and assist with "hands-on" work—like clearing a conveyor jam or assisting a customer—without losing sight of overall supervisory duties.

  • Maintains a high level of energy and professional standards throughout a physically demanding work environment.
