Job description

We are currently hiring for an Operations Assistant. This position is extremely client-oriented and requires a high level of organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. A general overview of duties is as follows, but may vary depending on specific needs of the company:


-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of company

-Responding to requests via phone, text, and email and corresponding data entry/intake

-Coordinating and scheduling estimates and jobs

-Sending appointment reminders via CRM and/or phone

-Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as receipt intake and organization and accounts payable/receivable (familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required)

-Assist with ensuring supply inventory for crew and fleet

-Overall knowledge of office management

-Strong clerical skills including typing, date entry, and record keeping

-Professional demeanor with excellent communication

-Familiarity with SingleOps a plus, but not required

-Knowledge and comfort with use of computers and apps
